What are the limitations of support plans?
There are monthly hours limitations according to the purchased plan. One-time payment plans have exceptions not limited in time only to purchased hours. The service is valid for troubleshooting. Support plans don’t include the development of new extensions (modules) or completely new themes (templates).
How do we work?
We are fixing all the support issues according to OpenCart standards. We don’t change anything in Core OpenCart files. We keep the code clear.
Which versions of OpenCart do you support?
We can provide support for all the versions of OpenCart. We do not provide support for versions 1.5.x and below.
Payment terms?
When sign up for support plan, you pay every month for the current month. You can cancel the support service when you want, but always before the due date of the next payment period.
What exactly do you mean by a response within 24 hours?
Our team will start working as soon as report the issue. A response within 24 hours means that our team will solve the problem within 24 hours and send you a report (except weekends and national holidays). Keep in mind that finding and fixing a bug can sometimes take more than 24 hours. In this case you will be informed.
Do you have a Client Support platform like CRM?
Yes, we have! We will create an account on our platform. You can send support tickets, check the payment, have access to the Knowledge base, and much more. Also, you can check the task status and time that take this task. Of course, you can send us just an email with your issues.
What is not included in the support plans?
All the support plans are limited by fixing bugs and problems. If you need custom development of extensions or themes, please check our services pages.
